Rapper Travis Scott Reportedly Arrested in Arkansas for Inciting a Riot

Rapper Travis Scott was arrested on Saturday night following a concert in Arkansas. According to TMZ, the rapper was accused of “inciting a riot.”

Officers met Scott and arrested him as soon as he got on stage and took him into custody. He was released from jail by 11:30 PM on Saturday night. The court date has been scheduled.

But, it is important to note that this is not the first time he has been arrested for this type of offense. In fact, Scott was arrested several years ago for inciting a riot at Lollapalooza in Chicago.

His reported girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, was not at the show. Fans are standing behind him as hashtag #FreeTravisScott is now trending on social media.

The 25-year-old rapper, whose real name is Jacques Webster, Jr, launched his career out of Houston, Texas.

The rapper previously attended the University of Texas at San Antonio until he decided to drop out and fully pursue a career in music.
