Famous YouTube star, Stevie Ryan, has been found dead in her Los Angeles, California home. The 33-year-old internet star died on July 1st by hanging, according to the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office, which listed the cause of death as a suicide.
Ryan, whose YouTube popularity landed her own TV series in 2012 on VH1, Stevie TV, previously discussed with her YouTube followers her struggles with depression. She had co-hosted a podcast called “Mentally (Ch)ill,” according to The Daily Beast.
Her final post on Twitter, which was written a day before she died, was dedicated to her late grandfather.
“The man of my dreams will now only be in my dreams,” Ryan wrote. “I’ll miss you everyday, forever. I love you my Pa.”
