Disney is bringing dreams to life in the sunny town of Vero Beach, Florida. They are calling out to families just like yours. Yes, you heard it right! Disney is looking for real families living together. And not just any family. They want your family!
What’s in Store?
Disney is about to film a commercial right in Vero Beach, Florida. They’re looking for real, authentic families. Picture this – your family, the golden sand, the azure ocean, and Disney creating magic. Sounds like a dream doesn’t it?
The Magic Details
The casting call is currently open to families living together. The highlight of this Disney audition is that children who will be six years old on the day of filming, but look younger, are required. And if there’s an older sibling around, even better! So, if you have a family like this and you guys are either Florida residents or can pretend to be for a day, you’re good to go!
What Disney Wants from You
During the shoot, your family will need to follow all instructions given by the production team. Additionally, Disney will also ask for photos and details about your family. If you get selected, you’ll need to come prepared with a self-tape audition. There’s nothing to worry about; it’s fun and easy!
The Rules and Requirements
For this once-in-a-lifetime experience, Disney has laid down some rules. Let’s go over them:
1. Families must be currently living together.
2. The child must be six years old on the day of the shoot but look younger.
3. Older sibling availability is a boon.
4. Families must either be based in Florida or willing to work as locals.
Also, one more important thing! You’ll need to set up a UGMA or UTMA (Coogan) Custodial Bank Account for minors before the shoot. And if your little one loves Ariel/The Little Mermaid, that will earn you extra brownie points!
About the Perks
Disney will pay you back for being part of this magical adventure. You will be provided a hotel room in Vero Beach for the night. They will also reimburse up to 500 miles of travel from your home to Ft. Lauderdale, at $0.67 per mile, adding up to about $335. Plus, you’ll also get meals and other standard provisions during the shoot.
