Like it or not, our beloved Stranger Things gang is growing up. They continue to unravel complex mysteries while also dealing with their own adolescence. The timeline of each season moves one year forward, from 1983 in Season 1 to reaching 1986 in Season 4. But, what happens when real-life ages don’t match on-screen characters?
Enter, the time skip solution. Bumping up our characters’ ages may solve the age gap problem. Yet, it poses its own challenges. Suddenly jumping a few years ahead might disrupt the storyline continuity. This is especially tricky given the cliffhanger at the end of last season.
