Kyiv region plans to build a joint online platform with a region in Italy with the aim of facilitating business collaboration and regional reconstruction. The announcement was made by Chief of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, on his Facebook account as reported by Ukrinform, a prominent news agency in Ukraine.
