Unfortunate Accidents Hit Queens and Bronx
In two separate accidents early Monday in the boroughs of Queens and Bronx, a teenager and a man in his 60s endured severe injuries. Police reported the teen was riding a scooter, and the elderly man was on a bicycle when the incidents occurred.
Teen Collides with Bus, Suffers Critical Injuries
The 15-year-old was the first to get into an accident. Just before 12:45 a.m., the teenager collided with a private bus at the junction of 43rd St. and 19th Ave in Astoria, Queens. A Few Hours Later, Man on Bicycle Also Struck
A few hours post the first accident, a 60-year-old man was hit by a car at 3:25 a.m. in the Bronx. Rushed to Lincoln Hospital, the cyclist too, was stated to be in grave condition.
