Starting November 2nd, McDonald’s popular menu item has returned to select locations around the country. But figuring out where you can find a McRib is quite tricky. The sandwich is released at different locations with different times, and some places will not have them. According to Richard Southern, Canada may not even get McRib sandwiches this year thanks in part to high pork prices.
Luckily for McRib fans, McDonald’s has released an app that allows you to track and find the bbq sandwich. The app is called, the McRib Finder, which is available on both iOS and Android. Or, you can visit this website, which is not affiliated with McDonald’s, to find where you can buy McRib sandwiches.

Following the release of viral release of Szcheuan Sauce, McDonald’s is giving fans a unique dining experience by decreasing supply and as a result increasing demand. One fan ended up selling his jar of Szechuan sauce to DJ Deadmau5 for an undisclosed amount after an auction for more than $4,000 fell through.
This new McRib sandwich is a clear illustration of simple economics. Make the product harder to find and buy; you will increase the demand.That said, investors will have to wait and see if it will work but, considering their past success this could be another hit for the company. In fact, after the Rick and Morty promotional campaign, the company’s stock started trading higher by afternoon trading with a rise of 0.50% to a stock price of $160.21.
Egypt’s Great Pyramid is one of the world’s mysterious man-made creations in the world. While scientists have largely made massive discoveries, it seems that there is more to the pyramids than meets the eye. By using radiation from space, a documentary producer made a major discovery.
The revelation refers tot he Great Pyramid of Giza, which is the final resting place of Khufu. The Great Pyramid is the biggest of three pyramids, and within there have been three chambers found inside, The King’s Chamber, the Queen’s Chamber, and unfinished chamber cut into the bedrock underneath the pyramid. There is a long hallway called the Grand Gallery that leads to the King’s Chamber, where scientists discovered the space.
Scientists from Cairo University and the Heritage Innovation Preservation Institute used a specific type of cosmic rays called muons. Muons are tiny subatomic particles that bombard our atmosphere all the time, and they are useful in this case because stone and air can absorb muons in different ways. So, as you examine the absorption of muons, you can find voids inside of the stone. That is how scientists discovered the chamber inside the pyramids.
What is inside the chamber? Nobody knows. The Egyptian government is very strict about who and what gets investigated in one of the most valuable archaeological sites in the world. Not even the scientists who made the discovery know anything about it beyond the dimensions. It could full or artifacts or booby traps. One thing that is clear is that space was not intended to be easily accessible.
Expect to hear more about this new hidden space in one of the world’s greatest pyramids.
After the resignation of controversial Democrat National Committee chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who resigned after leaked emails, revealed she showed a clear bias against Bernie Sanders, political strategist Donna Brazille stepped in to fill the gap until the election.
Now, Politico has published an excerpt from Brazile’s upcoming book on what happened. Brazile explains how she promised to investigate whether or not Hillary Clinton’s people “rigged the nomination process.”
In the Politico report, Brazile does not talk much about the emails, but she blames Wasserman Schultz’s poor fundraising skills, which she says left the Democratic party $2 million in debt. Brazile also asserts there was “proof” of an agreement between the DNC and the Clinton Campaign Manager Robby Took, who agreed to help provide the DNC with money to keep the political party funded during the election.

If true, the Clinton campaign paid the operating expenses for the DNC each month. As a result, the committee had a vested financial interest in her nomination. Things get worse when Brazile explains how the Clinton campaign reportedly bypassed the Federal Election Campaign’s limit on individual campaign donations through the Victory Fund:
Individuals who had maxed out their $2,700 contribution limit to the campaign could write an additional check for $353,400 to the Hillary Victory Fund — that figure represented $10,000 to each of the thirty-two states’ parties who were part of the Victory Fund agreement — $320,000 — and $33,400 to the DNC. The money would be deposited in the states first, and transferred to the DNC shortly after that. Money in the battleground states usually stayed in that state, but all the other states funneled that money directly to the DNC, which quickly transferred the money to Brooklyn.
“Wait,” I said. “That victory fund was supposed to be for whoever was the nominee, and the state party races. You’re telling me that Hillary has been controlling it since before she got the nomination?”
This excerpt from the book refers to a meeting that Brazile said she held with Gary Gensler, the Chief Financial Officer of the Clinton campaign. Brazile says she discovered the agreement, which she could not reveal in her book, but the document allowed for Hillary to control the DNC strategy and money as well as all significant hiring decisions. Ultimately, Hillary Clinton managed the DNC way before she was officially nominated, which means Bernie Sanders never even had a chance at winning, no matter how many people supported his policies.

As Brazile explains, there was nothing illegal about this agreement between the DNC and the Clinton campaign, but it was unethical. Brazile shares how she informed Bernie of what she knew, and he “took this stoically.” Bernie was not angry but wanted to know if Hillary could beat Trump in the general election, according to Brazile.
That said, it is worth pointing out Brazile supported Hillary Clinton after the primary when she leaked debate questions to the Clinton campaign.
The US regulators have approved a new drug for the treatment of lymphoma. The approved drug is dedicated towards the eradication of a rare form of “non-Hodgkin” lymphoma.
FDA (Food and drug administration) gave a green signal to British drug manufacturing company, about the manufacturing of drug “Calquence” on a commercial scale. The approval is an epitome of treating patients after chemotherapy or when a user has no more options left to treat lymphoma.
Mantle cell lymphoma is a blood cancer, which affects almost 4,200 American annually. Medical specialists claim that the median survival of a diagnosed individual is about 5 – 7 years. According to Dr. Richard Pazdur, the director of FDA’s oncology center of excellence. “Mantle cell lymphoma is particularly aggressive cancer.”
The drug Calquence, works by blocking an enzyme, which is needed by cancer for its growth. When the enzyme is blocked, potential cancer cells would not have the means of propagation inside the human body.
A patient will have to take two capsules per day, in order to ensure the normal working of the drug. AstraZeneca claims that the drug will cost around 14,000 dollars before insurance. Arguably, this is expensive for an average Joe, but the company believes the drug will offer financial assistance to its customers.
The FDA gave its verdict of consent after the sponsored study of 124 patients, who had undergone through cancer treatment at least once in their lives. After taking Calquence, 40% of total patients went into a state of remission while the other 41% percent observed a shrinkage in their tumors.
As compared to traditional studies, the study did not include a comparison group.
Although Calquence appears effective, it has its share of side-effects. Serious side-effects include bleeding, irregular heartbeat and infections.
The controversy surrounding NFL players peacefully protesting is affecting not only the football league but the pizza business, well according to Papa John’s CEO, John Schnatter.
In a conference call with investors on Wednesday, Schnatter said that the NFL protests “hurt” Papa John’s shareholders. While he did not call out the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell by name, Schnatter said that “poor leadership” was why the company’s stock is down 24% this year.
“This should have been nipped in the bud a year and a half ago,” Schnatter said during prepared remarks at the start of the company’s quarterly earnings call with Wall Street analysts. “Like many sponsors, we are in contact with the NFL and once the issue is resolved between the players and the owners, we are optimistic that the NFL’s best years are ahead. But good or bad, leadership starts at the top, and this is an example of poor leadership.”
Schnatter also pointed out that while the election affected NFL ratings in 2016, this year ratings are down because of the controversy, adding that “the controversy is polarizing the customer; polarizing the country.” It is important to note, Papa John’s pulled ads from several NFL games this season due to protests.
Meanwhile, Domino’s Pizza is eating up the market share. The company’s stock is up 12% this year.
Under Armour stepped into the world of athletic gear and apparel with promising prospects becoming one of the best recent up-and-comers. However, as of late, the company seems to have met with some unknown and perplexing circumstances. On October 30th, UA reported a decline in sales and reduced its annual sales forecast for the second time in three months. The company’s shares recorded a staggering drop by 15%. This marked UA’s first quarterly sales drop since 2005 when the brand was first introduced to the public.
The brand’s struggle can be credited to primarily two factors: fewer sales in the USA, their strongest market, and better performance by its competitors in the industry.
Under Armour was a primary contributor to the streetwear trend. Now incredibly popular, there is no longer a sense of exclusivity and originality in UA’s products which might have contributed to the recent decrease in sales.
UA expressed its interest in spreading its wings and expanding into producing other sports-related gear such as fishing, tennis, and outdoor gear. The recent reports might force the company to implement that idea earlier than they had initially planned.
A brand known for its unique and risqué approach, Under Armour is not one to get intimidated by new challenges. In early October, the introduced the ArmourBox, a monthly subscription service that provides customers with new items. Since the program is still quite new, the success or decline rate will be difficult to deduce.
Perhaps the greatest contributing factor to this entire ordeal, however, has to be the brand’s inability to keep up with the reigning moguls in the world of sportswear that are Adidas and Nike. Adidas, in particular, has managed to snag the majority of the market share from both Nike and Under Armour raising its guidance in August and reported a 25% increased sales rate in the previous fiscal quarter.
A number of people across the globe suffered a setback from the tech giant, Google. There have been reports of users getting locked out of their Google Docs with a message stating that those users have been violating the terms of service of Google.
Google users went to Twitter to express their rage. Users reported having been locked out of their document pieces claim a range of topics including wildfire crimes, post-socialist Eastern Europe and a response to reviewers about the submission of an academic journal.
What’s worrying is that people don’t realize what they give up, for the sake of technology. Inside the Google’s “term of service”, it is clearly mentioned that the company is collecting data from its users. The company monitors the usage of people’s respective data. This includes photos, videos, Gmail, map searches and browsing history.

The company says that the automated systems are responsible for data analysis. Just as a person sends or receives anything via Google platform, it is automatically analyzed.
Living in the digital technology sure has its perks, but they come with a price. For the sake of technology, you have to figure out what you’re getting into.
About the Google Docs, the company issued the statement that a code push was made recently which incorrectly flagged a small percentage of total Google Docs as abusive. This automatically blocked the users out of their Google Docs. The company further said that a fix is taking place and very soon, all the users who have been locked out, will be able to have full access to their contents.
Google has publicly apologized for the disruption of services and hopes to implement processes, which will prevent this sort of nuisance from happening again.

Russian-Linked Facebook Accounts Encouraging Violence Against Minorities
Since last fall, multiple Facebook accounts with Russian links have encouraged violence against various political as well as social groups in America such as Black Lives Matter, police officers, and undocumented immigrants toying with political, religious, and racial agendas.
According to CNN reports, three of these Russian Internet Research Agency-created accounts, that have now been removed, set out agendas triggering vehemence between fundamentally opposing groups.
One such group named “Being Patriotic” with over 200,000 followers was a regular contributor towards Trump’s presidential campaign. In April 2016, the group targeted Black Lives Matter activists stating that those who disrespect the flag must “be immediately shot”.

Another group named “Blacktivist,” in November 2016, quoted “Black people have to do something. An eye for an eye. The law enforcement officers keep harassing and killing us without consequences.”
The most ferocious oratory was brought forth by a group named “Secured Borders.” In March 2017, the group stated, “The only way to deal with them is to kill them all.” Various posts on the group had posts from contributors such as “if you get deported that’s your only warning. You come back you get shot and rolled into a ditch… BANG, problem solved”. Regarding refugees, a post on the group said, “The state department needs to be burned to the ground and the rubble reduced to ashes.”
Mark R. Jacobson, a professor at Georgetown University and an expert on Russian influence operations quoted, “The Russians don’t want groups like Black Lives Matter [and] the Alt-Right to sit there and have discussions and debates about the future of America. They want violent clashes.”
Albright from Columbia University said, “These posts contained psychological calls to action toward both online and physical behavior.”
Executives from various social media platforms have publically acknowledged Russia’s involvement in the 2016 elections. Tech companies and social media are now under intense investigation following the revelations.

On Tuesday afternoon in New York City, NBC News reported at least 8 people were killed after shots rang out in the city’s lower Manhattan. Details surrounding the violence indicated that it was not a normal shooting, as multiple news outlets reported that multiple cyclists were hit by a truck.
According to reports, several people were hit by a Home Depot truck that “appear[ed] to have driven down the bike lane on the street.” Shots came from the police after the truck drove down the path for nearly a mile. The incident, which is now being investigated as a terrorist attack, took place near West Street and Chamber Street, close to the September 11 Memorial site.
New York City’s Mayor Bill de Blasio addressed reporters today, visibly upset as he broke down the impact the actions of a terrorist who drove a rented pickup truck onto a bike path in New York CIty’s West Side. The mayor confirmed that the death toll has risen from six dead to eight with at least 12 people injured.
The NYPD said via Twitter, “The suspect exited the vehicle displaying imitation firearms & was shot by NYPD” and that one suspect is in custody.
“It’s a very painful day in our city on the west side Let me be clear based on this information we have at this moment: this was an act of terror. A particularly cowardly act of terror aimed at innocent civilians, aimed at people going about their lives who had no idea what was about to hit them. At this moment, based on the information we have, we know of eight innocent people who have lost their lives and over a dozen more injured. We know that this action was intended to break our spirit, but we also know New Yorkers are strong, New Yorkers are resilient, and our spirit will never be moved by an act of violence meant to intimidate us.”
New York City Police Commissioner James O’Neill added to the press conference, saying, “This is a tragedy of tremendous magnitude.”
Counter-terrorism units were deployed by Governor Andrew Cuomo, “out of vigilance, out of caution,” according to CBS News.

For the second week in a row, Georgia-filmed TV series The Walking Dead saw their ratings drop. According to TV By the Numbers, Sunday’s episode drew a 4.0 rating in the all-important 18-49 demographic, which was “the lowest for the show since March 11, 2012 — the next-to-last episode of season two. TWD’s 8.92 million viewers were the least since the season two finale.” On a side note, that episode was the first introduction of Michonne.
It appears not even major callbacks or famous guest stars can help the show. Not only did the show bring back a character we have not seen since season one, one of Negan’s Savior is played by Lee Norris, the actor who played Minkus on Boy Meets World.

This news comes after the season premiere of The Walking Dead, which had the lowest ratings in 5-years. The Walking Dead hit a high point in ratings with 13.3 million average viewers by Season 5. That number continued to skyrocket to 18.8 by Season 6. However, the Season 8 premiere saw a dramatic low point that has not been seen since Season 3.
